Refund policy
OVERVIEW
Returns will be allowed only on products in which the delivery box has not been compromised in any way. All seals and all stickers and/or tape will not be damaged. All receipts, manuals and paperwork must be included. If the product is returned with approval there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any product(s) that show any signs of use will not be refunded, unless deemed defective or non functional by the distributor or the manufacturer. The purchaser is encouraged to inspect the shipping box prior to accepting it. If there is any delivery damage, it is suggested that the delivery be refused. At that time the damaged item will be returned to us and a replacement will be sent. If the product has been used and damaged in any way, or if the product is damaged due to overuse per stated in the manual, heat exposure, water, fire, flood, or incorrect use as stated in the manual the warranty, exchange or return is voided. Refunds will be processed after product is received and inspected.
