Warranty Disclaimer

This site and the materials and products sold on it are provided “as is” and promise to be fully operational. The warranty period for any possible defective products is as is stated below. Opened or used products will not be warrantied or refunded unless proven to be found faulty or defective by the manufacturer.  Tap Your Keg LLC also does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that  any possible defects will be corrected in a timely manner or that the site or the server or web hosting service makes the site available as free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Terms and Conditions of Purchase are as Follows

Once product is purchased on the payment secure site the buyer understands  there is up to a 5 week delivery on all goods that are not currently in stock or that are special order. This delivery time depends on what is in stock, and what needs to be ordered from manufacturer at the time of order. Products that are in stock will be delivered in time stated at time of purchased after a 48 hour order processing.  If you have any questions about an order, customers can call our office and we will return your call as soon as possible.The distributor will do its absolute best to ensure a timely delivery, but cannot be held liable for any possible  delays past the five week estimated delivery time on special orders or out of stock goods, that may be caused by certain aspects not in the distributors control such as flight delays and/or customs delays.Our products have a guaranteed warranty for up to 12 months on all parts or related components from our production. During this time we commit to free replacement of any non working or damaged parts. After the 12 month period there will be a fee for all labor and parts.All dispensers and their components will be under warranty for a 12 month period, once they are recognized by the service center or service technician as faulty due to manufacturing.  If the device is used in any other way that what is stated in instruction manual, warranty is void. If the dispensers outer shell is opened or compromised in any way all warranty is void.
